DIY nail polish color

Winco had clear coat nail polish for $0.46
My sister mixed in old eye shadow to make her own custom colors. It took a good amout of shadow.

 She made orange and blue
I used the orange to do my nails

Pumpkin baby Hat

Baby Wipes updated.

Yes I have been posting about this a lot but I have finally got it down and love the wipes.

Paper towels, baby oil, water, and a wipe container.
Cut the paper towels in half.

I no longer cut the rolls in half at this point

My grandpa was trying to be helpful and help cut so I ended up with jagged edges. It has been recommended that you use an electric knife. (i didnt)

Fold like an accordion.
Leave the towels attached, Fold each towel in half and at the perforation like an accordion until you have enough to fill the wipe container. (about half the roll)

Update: I leave the roll intact, fold it like an accordion until it is tall enough to fill the container, I then use scissors and cut through the middle about a half inch at a time. That makes enough for 2 containers, what is left makes enough for 1 more container when you stack the 2 sides together.

Put the folded towels in the container. Add 1 teaspoon baby oil to 1 cup water. Stir. Pour over wipes in the container. Let stand for at least a half hour.

They work great and my baby girl is now rash free :)

Pinterest Reveiw Cardigan Conversion

Just a quick post there will be more on this soon.

I found this on Pinterest Cardigan Conversion. I had been wanting some new cardigans. Why not make some sweaters into cardigans, I really do not wear the sweaters and they are too small as my tummy is growing anyway . These directions are so simple and easy to follow. I should have taken a before picture but I forgot (I will with the sweater I am going to work on today). This ribbed shirt (it is not really a sweater) was not flattering and I love it now! A fat quarter of fabric that you can get for $1 was just the perfect length for this shirt. I have not put buttons on it yet (it needs some) I need to go raid Ty's Grandma's button collection :)
