Construction Birthday cake
I filled the 9" pan more than you would usually. The little bit of leftover I put in the other pan and cooked for use later.
After making the first 2 cuts the second ring fell apart.

Chocolate Mickey or Minnie ears
I ran into this post on pinterest.
I traced a small Mickey ears cookie cutter I purchased cheap on Amazon.
I filled a peice of paper with traced ears put it on a cookie sheet and cover it with wax paper.
My sister prepared the chocolate in a double boiler on the stove.
After spooning the melted chocolate into a plastic baggie I cut a small hole in one corner.
I traced the outline of the ears with the chocolate then did a random scribble design to fill in.
I was short on time so I put them in the freezer to set up.
They peeled off the wax paper easily, a few broke but that meant we had a treat.
This was for my daughter's Minnie Mouse party so in used red gel icing to add a bow to some of the ears and put them on her cupcakes.
